Cleaning Products made in the US.

I was shocked and pleasantly surprised by the number of cleaning products that are actually made in the US. Here are some that I found in my own cabinet!

Better Life Clary Sage and Citrus What-Ever! Cleaner
I found these cool cleaning products at this hip little store in my neighborhood called Enjoy, An Urban General store. I'm always on the lookout for non toxic environmentally safe cleaners ever since I found out that my beloved Swiffer pads were toxic to animals. So far I'm loving this stuff and you get a whopping 32 oz of it, definitely worth the price! I can't wait to check out some of their other products and good news for the American job force it's made right here in the good ol US. Search where to buy here.

Enzyme Clean Home Naturally It's Clean Cleaners
I've used their Kitchen, Carpet Spot treatment, and Toilet bowl cleaner. The Toilet cleaner is my day to day toilet cleaner, the spot treatment worked well on a spot that I was having trouble getting out on an area rug, and the Kitchen cleaner gets through some tough spills, although I have to admit that it has a funky after smell that I find kind of off putting. All these products are made in the Us and are naturally powered by enzymes. You can find out more here.

Murphey's Oil Soap
As I kid I used to love watching the commercial with the nuns scrubbing all of the church wood work with Murphey's. I grew up with carpeting so there was no wood for me to help wash, but I inherited a healthy love of wood from my Grandpa who spent his retired years in his garage making rocking chairs and hope chests for all of us grand kids. Ever since I've lived on my own, I've always lived in places with wood floors that I have dutifully scrubbed with good old fashioned Murphey's oil, who knew that it was made in America?  Murphey's can be found at almost any grocery store.

Finish Jet Dry now Diamond Jet Dry
I was so happy to find out this was made right here, seriously I just don't feel my dishes are clean without it!

Soft Scrub with Bleach
My sister is obsessed with bleach and uses it to clean EVERYTHING and I'm just a bit scared of it. Still she managed to get me hooked on Soft Scrub with Bleach to clean my kitchen sink with. It does a great job, no mater if it's porcelain coated or stainless steel, coffee and tea stains are gone so quickly, just remember to rinse very thoroughly because bleach isn't really good for you!

 Earth Friendly Dishmate Pear
I will not use another dish soap. I find the pear intoxicating, so much so I wish I could figure out how to wear this as a perfume. Forget the scent for a moment,  I've never had a stain or caked on food I couldn't remove with a light scrubber, hot water and my trusty pear dish soap. This is always in my cabinet, always!

Stay tuned there will be more to come!
